AI solutions for Louisiana small businesses.

Start with a task your team knows well. We help businesses in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and across Louisiana turn a recurring problem into a defined software project. Sometimes that calls for AI; sometimes straightforward automation is the better fit.

These are examples of work we can scope, not claims about completed client projects.

Contractors and service teams

Follow up with leads

Route a new inquiry to the right person, record it in your CRM, and remind your team when a follow-up is due. Keep an owner and a next step attached to each lead.

Business automation

Appointment-based businesses

Handle appointment requests

Collect the details a caller needs to provide and connect requests to your scheduling system. Confirm availability through the actual calendar and hand exceptions to a person.

Voice AI

Office and operations teams

Make document work manageable

Extract information from forms, invoices, or work orders for review before it enters your business systems. Flag unclear fields instead of silently accepting a guess.

AI integration

Tourism, hospitality, and service businesses

Answer recurring customer questions

Build an assistant around approved business information, with clear limits and a route to your team. Live prices, availability, and reservations need a connection to the systems that own them.

Customer-facing AI

Teams working across several tools

Connect disconnected software

Bring job status, customer records, or reporting into a useful shared workflow. We check the existing software's integration options before proposing a custom application.

Custom software

Built by AI Solutions of Louisiana

A real tool. A clearer next step.

Our Website Health Check turns a bounded review of public web pages into an evidence-based action list. It's a working example of the software we build, available to try.

  • Technical checks and published AI crawler permissions
  • Page-level findings with prioritized next steps
  • Unknown results kept separate from confirmed passes

The live check reviews up to five public pages. It is not a security audit, accessibility certification, or verification of Google's index. Crawler permissions do not prove a provider visited or cited a page, and the scores do not guarantee search rankings or AI recommendations.

How we get started

From first contact to scope & quote.

  1. Get in touch

    Start with your idea

Tell us about your business, the problem you want to solve, and what a successful project would look like.

  2. Schedule a discovery call

    Within 1-2 business days

We'll contact you to arrange a preliminary discovery call about your goals, priorities, and project fit.

  3. Complete your questionnaire

    After our discovery call

We'll send a tailored questionnaire to clarify your requirements, existing systems, budget, and timeline. Return it when you're ready.

  4. Receive your scope & quote

Within 1-2 business days of return

Once we receive your completed questionnaire and essential project details, we'll prepare a full proposed scope and quote, including deliverables, pricing, and an estimated timeline.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends. Most projects follow this timeline. If your project needs additional discovery or information, we'll let you know and agree on an updated timeline before preparing the scope and quote.

Before you start

A few practical questions.

Where should we start?

Bring one recurring task, the tools involved, and an example of where the process breaks down. We use the discovery call and questionnaire to define a useful first release, with clear boundaries and a way to test it.

How much will a project cost?

Pricing depends on the workflow, integrations, data, testing, and support involved. We provide a proposed scope and quote after discovery rather than a generic package price. Hosting, usage-based AI or voice charges, third-party subscriptions, and ongoing support should be identified separately before you commit.

How long will it take?

We'll contact you within 1-2 business days to arrange a discovery call. Most projects receive a proposed scope and quote within 1-2 business days after the completed questionnaire and essential details are returned, excluding weekends. Development time is a separate estimate in the proposal; access, integrations, and testing affect that schedule.

What happens to our business data?

Data access, storage, retention, and provider handling need to be agreed for the actual project. We can start discovery with redacted examples. Do not send passwords, private customer records, or sensitive documents through the initial inquiry form. Human review and access controls are part of the scope, not assumptions about an AI tool.

Who owns the work, and what happens after launch?

The proposal should specify ownership and access to custom code and project data, along with any third-party licenses or subscriptions. We also agree how handover, support, maintenance, and future changes will be handled. A working release needs a named operational owner.

Can you work with our existing systems or a larger team?

Yes. We assess available integrations and permissions before recommending replacements or custom development. These examples are useful starting points for small businesses; we also scope projects for growing teams, larger organizations, and founders building new products.
